The MetaGrove Toolkit consists
of MetaGrove Developer and MetaGrove Plug-Ins for
Adobe’s Creative Suite.
Based on the XMP standard for metadata, the integrated MetaGrove
software toolkit greatly enhances the metadata capturing and storing capabilities of
Adobe Creative Suite.
The control and flexibility provided by MetaGrove Plug-Ins greatly
exceeds what is available through Adobe’s built-in metadata capture
mechanism for Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and InCopy. Organizations
can define how schema properties are represented and when and how a MetaGrove
Plug-In communicates with enterprise databases and workflow applications. With
minimal impact on workflow, MetaGrove provides for intuitive high-fidelity
metadata capture directly from a menu item within the Adobe applications.
